Dunkin' Donuts at 247 Illinois 19, Roselle, Illinois.

I barely go to DD, but this morning I was craving their vanilla chai. I stopped in on my way to work assuming it wouldn't take too long. When I went up to the register to place my order, the girl at the register told me that she was new and couldn't find the button for my drink, so she called over someone else to help her. I'm unsure if she was the manager or not, but she couldn't find the button either.

I'm waiting patiently to pay while they try to find the button, as minutes are passing. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes and I finally ended up walking out because I couldn't wait any longer or else I would have been late to work.

I'm not the type of person to complain, but from a customer service standpoint, I didn't understand why 1. They didn't just ring up a different drink of equal value so I can pay and be on my way 2. Give me the drink for free for the inconvenience or 3. Have someone start making my drink while they try finding the button.

This is not the first negative experience I have had at this location, and even though this location is right by my house, I will be taking my business to further locations to ensure I get the appropriate customer service.
